Drogba revved up for title tilt

Didier Drogba is convinced Chelsea can wrestle the Premier League title from Manchester United’s grasp.

The Blues have made stealthy progress in recent weeks, but their stunning fightback to defeat Arsenal on Sunday pointed to them being the big challengers to The Red Devils.

Chelsea trail United by five points with seven games to play and Drogba is convinced it is a deficit they can overcome.

“This result has given us belief that we are in the race with United,” said Chelsea’s two-goal hero Drogba.

"This was a difficult game for us and although Arsenal are not dead yet, I’m not sure what the result will do to their confidence.

“We did a good job and were compact where we needed to be.

”We have to believe that we can go on and win the title.”

“It's clear Ronaldo is still unhappy. This is postponing the inevitable. Ronaldo will be a Real Madrid player in 2009. Fair play to Fergie because he is stubborn but there's only one winner in the end here.”
