Hunt eager to impress Irish boss

Stephen Hunt has told setantasports.com that he will be working hard to impress new Republic of Ireland manager Giovanni Trapattoni.
The 26-year-old has earned ten caps for the senior side since earning his first call-up under previous manager Stephen Staunton and now wants to establish himself in the starting team.
Having suffered relegation with Reading last week, the tricky midfielder wants to replace the misery of losing a Premier League place with earning an international spot.
Hunt is part of a 28-man squad that will travel to Portugal for a training camp before facing Serbia and Colombia in friendly matches.
"I'm looking forward to the training camp and the upcoming matches," Hunt revealed to setantasports.com.
"It will be a chance to get a few more games in and to get my mind off the recent relegation.
"I've yet to speak to the manager, but I'm sure he will be telling us what he is expecting over the next couple of weeks.
"It is a chance for every player to impress and I'm no different. I want to work hard and do as well as I can."
