Fowler won't pressure Jones
by Alex Livie, 13 May 2008
Robbie Fowler has insisted he will not be putting any pressure on Dave Jones ahead of Saturday’s FA Cup final.
The striker has been sidelined for four months with a hip problem, but has returned to training this month and is pushing for a place in Cardiff’s squad for the FA Cup final with Portsmouth.
Jones has said there is no chance Fowler will be handed a start, but a place on the bench could be up for grabs.

Fowler is working hard in training and says he will accept whatever decision Jones makes.
“I have trained for 10-12 days now and no problems, so things are going well so far,” Fowler told Setanta Sports News.
”All I can do is do what is put in front of me and what’s asked of me and all I can do is wait for the manager’s decision.”
