Neville urges Toffees to sign superstar

Phil Neville has urged Everton to go out and buy a superstar in order to match his ambition of qualifying for the Champions League.
Neville is delighted with The Toffees’ progress this season, which has yielded another season in the Uefa Cup following a fifth-place finish.
However, the England man has revealed he would quit Goodison Park if they show signs of settling for what they have, and he insists a ‘special player’ is a must during the summer.
“We just need that little bit extra now,” Neville was quoted as saying in The Daily Mirror.
“In the big games, especially against the top four, maybe we have missed that special player, and that’s what we need this summer.
“We’ve had two good seasons on the run now and we’re showing improvement every year.
“Money is not my motivation, it’s whether the club is looking forward. If I thought it wasn’t, I’d leave tomorrow.”
