'Happy' N'Zogbia denies Faye bust-up

Charles N’Zogbia has laughed off suggestions that he was involved with a fight with team-mate Abdoulaye Faye and has claimed that he is happy with life at Newcastle.
The young Frenchman has been strongly linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur in recent months but saw his name in the newspapers for an entirely different reason this week when it was claimed that he was involved in a dressing room dispute before The Magpies’ game against Everton on the final day of the season.
Reports claimed that N’Zogbia and Faye had to be pulled apart after a heated discussion about a disparity in wages but this is something that the versatile star strongly denies.
Furthermore, N’Zogbia has dismissed suggestions that he is unhappy on Tyneside and claims he is eagerly awaiting a busy summer at St James’ Park.
"I am happy at Newcastle and I have always been,” said N’Zogbia.
"At the moment, all I am concentrating on is playing for the French Under-21 squad in Sweden at the end of this month and then, like the rest of the Newcastle squad, I will be looking at what players we are going to get in this summer.
"I have been at Newcastle since I was 17 and I have never been involved in a fight with anyone.
"And why would I pick a fight with Abdoulaye Faye? Not only is he a friend of mine, but he is also a little bit bigger than me!''
